Logout from the POS-System

In this article, we explain how to log out as a salesperson or cashier within the app and why this is important.

Areas marked in green show you the respective features mentioned or the buttons to be used.

Note: To avoid misuse or misunderstandings, you should always log out when you are no longer operating the cash register. Each employee must then log in with their PIN and can only operate according to the authority you have assigned.

To log out as a salesperson or cashier, all you have to do is swipe the screen from left to right. The window will appear asking for the PIN to log in. This cannot be bypassed or reversed.

Only a complete logout from the cash register is possible after the app has been restarted. After that, you have to log in again with your email and password. Even then, the app asks for an employee PIN to start work.
